Setup

The properties window is displayed on 5 tabs, System, Scales, Colors, Data, Recording.

The system tab allows you to set the buffer size, buffer count, tick rate, temporary folder, undo/redo count and the option of saving or not saving extra data with the sound file.

The scales settings provide some additional properties that are not available on the main form.

You can customize the editor colors or reset to the default.

Cross-fading will prevent pops or clicks at splice points where waveforms don't line up.

See Non-Silence Detection and Automatic Gain Control.

The CD Burner is an unsupported add-in which you can download from our web site free. If you do not have the add-in installed, or if you do not have appropriate hardware, the tab will not be available.
