Mix from file or clipboard

To mix from a file you must first have an audio clip loaded into the editor. Then when you select "Mix from file" you will be presented with a common dialog open window.

Selecting a file will open the below properties window.

The sliding parameter establishes the percentage of the selection in the editor will be used versus the percentage of the second file.

To mix from the clipboard you must first copy a selection to the clipboard.

Then load the file into which you will mix the selection, select the section where the clipboard piece will be mixed and call the Mix from Clipboard function for the toolbar or menu.

As in the Mix from File function you can choose the percentage of the selection in the editor will be used versus the percentage of the clip in memory.

The mixing window is the only difference between standard copy/paste and the Mix from File function.
